•Team Management
- Manage Region Sales Manager of each region in Thailand;
- Set sales target in daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals;
- Motivate and monitor sales team to reach individual sales goals and encourage team to work better;
•Channel relationship management and maintenance
- The channels to provide sales and technical support resources, products, etc;
- Timely communication with customers, feedback market information, and put forward opinions and suggestions;
- The joint operations with channels for customers, to promote product sales;
- Always keep a variety of ways of communication with customers and maintain the regional important customers.
•Channel relationship development
- According to the marketing plan and implement sales and marketing plan;
- Actively looking for new channel cooperation targets, and carries on the qualification and analysis;
- Develop channels to communicate with customers, making cooperation plan.
•Sales orders to complete
- Convey the company's products to the customer information, sales policy;
- Actively strive for the customer order, achieve sales target;
- The organization and participation of the agent business negotiations.
•Brand promotion
-Planning and brand promotion activities, improve the company's brand influence.
