Job Description

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing a deep understanding of and hands-on experience with designing and developing UiPath automation and bots to optimize business processes in financial management, project management, accounting, cost management, and reporting. The individual should be proficient in understanding process flows and data flows and in developing automation and bots using data from multiple systems and sources. The role involves leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and other advanced technologies to enhance automation solutions, improve operational efficiencies, quality, and accuracy, and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have 6+ years of relevant professional experience in systems analysis/development, including a minimum of 3 years working hands-on in UiPath automation and bot design, development and implementation.
  • Must be knowledgeable and have hands-on experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc., to automate business processes.
  • Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI-powered automation to enhance bot capabilities and decision-making processes.
  • Strong knowledge of AI-driven analytics and predictive modelling to drive efficiency and optimization in automation.
  • Must have the ability to support strong collaborative experiences working within teams.
  • Must have excellent customer-facing skills.
  • Must have strong analytical, collaborative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a strong commitment to administering quality solutions and services to our client(s).
  • Must be able to take initiative and work independently with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • The selected candidate will be required to undergo a successful Federal background investigation before being approved for the project.
Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle R12.2 EBS Federal Financials applications is a plus.
  • Functional and technical knowledge of R12.2 Oracle EBS Financial Application modules, including Purchasing (PO), Account Payable (AP), Payments (IBY), Project Accounting (PA), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Understanding of Federal or Public Sector accounting/reporting requirements and processes is a plus.
  • Must have strong client support skills with flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI solutions such as Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google AI services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with machine learning (ML), AI-driven document processing, and automation-enhancing technologies such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
  • Ability to be hands-on in this role to develop polished, professional documentation and other written materials.
  • Must have strong analytical, collaborative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to extend a strong commitment to the quality of solutions and services provided to the client.
  • The selected candidate may be required to undergo a successful background check before starting the project.
  • Must hold a BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or Finance.
