Our client, a leader in the automation industry, is seeking an Intelligent Automation Manager to join their team. As a Intelligent Automation Manager, you will be part of the development department managing and supporting a team of automation developers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Intelligent Automation Manager

Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience

What's the Job?

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Intelligent Automation Developers to achieve high-quality results.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, guiding best practices and implementation.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Intelligent Automation development with expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience leading and managing development teams, including project planning and resource allocation.
