D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is seeking candidates for our Roving Fire Watch Supervisor position at our Norfolk Naval Shipyard site.

D2 Government Solutions provides aviation and administrative support services to various government agencies. Our aviation services include base operations, aircraft flight operations, maintenance, logistical support, training, range support, aerial imaging, and repair operations. We also provide a variety of administrative support services to include mail room, military transition assistance, training, clerical support for identification processing, medical support services, and other similar services.

Responsibilities (list 5-7):

• Reports directly to on-site Roving Fire Watch Supervisor
• Conducts regular patrols and maintains a constant presence within areas of responsibility
• Inspects and identifies fire and safety hazards
• Reports potential findings to Supervisor or Building Manager
• Records accurate entries on patrol logs

Qualifications: (list 3-5):

• Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance
• Must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
• Must be able to read, write, speak English
• Willingness to work in diverse environments and adapt to changing conditions
