About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Case Manager/Delegating Nurse (RN CM/DN), you'll play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to individuals with developmental disabilities. You'll work closely with clients, their families, and care teams to ensure they receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized nursing care plans for clients.
Conduct regular assessments to monitor client's health and progress.
Delegate and oversee approved nursing tasks to agency staff.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Provide training and support to care team members.
Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Qualifications:

Active RN license in Maryland or a multistate compact license.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
