We need veteran " Fast-Casual" District Managers or experienced QSR District Managers to help us grow! · Must be tenured …3+ years minimum experience as Restaurant Area Manager or District Manager
· Must have experience overseeing a market of 5 or more units
· Must have a track record of people development
· Must have a track record of controlling profitable P&L’s
· Must be fluent in driving sales…
· Must be a strong organizer and executer…
· Must have strong training skills in all areas of operations
· Must have a “lightening-rod” personality
· Must be willing to throw away the clipboard…and get involved in the game!
