Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager at Ben's Soft Pretzels, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of your assigned location. You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, leading a team of employees, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring that the store meets sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate records.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assist in creating and executing promotional activities to drive sales.
• Step into the Store Manager role as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Certifications in management or hospitality are a plus.
