RESPIRATORY THERAPIST - NIGHT SHIFT

Job Summary

Up to $10,000 sign on bonus with 2 year contract post orientation!

The  Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing professional respiratory care through assessment, clinical judgment, treatment and instruction to any population group in need. Also, responsible for providing certain cardiac and diagnostic procedures that will assist in providing quality care to the patient. Other duties as assigned.

Education:  

• Associates degree or higher required.
• Holds a current national credential for Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) unless received credentials prior to year 2002, then is not required.
• Holds a current Tennessee Registered Respiratory Therapist license or Certified Respiratory Therapist license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP are required.

Experience:  

• Hospital experience with medical/surgical, pediatric, neonatal and critical care patients preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Additional skills in ECG and other diagnostic procedures.

Job Highlights

• 3x12s, night shifts, 7p-7a
• Salary Range: $32-$42 hourly
• Sign-on Bonus $7500 (2+yrs experience)
• 4+ hours on 2nd shift (@ 3pm) $1.15
• 4+ hours on 3rd shift (@11p) $1.65
• Weekends (11pFriday – 7a Monday) $3.00
• Holidays $4.00
