Job Title: Residential Roofing Production Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Roofing Production Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for efficient production processes, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage residential roofing projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations Supervise and coordinate teams of roofers, subcontractors, and other personnel Communicate effectively with property owners, crews, and other stakeholders Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide project execution Provide training and support to employees and subcontractors as needed Maintain an organized workflow and oversee day-to-day operations of the production process Qualifications: 3 years of experience in residential roofing, with a focus on supervisory or management roles Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software, Outlook, and Excel Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with various teams and clients Ability to read and understand blueprints, take-offs, and other technical documents Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management and development Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Performance-based bonuses tied to production and profitability Comprehensive health and dental insurance 401k plan with company matching Company-provided tools and equipment If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for the roofing industry and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply!
