The Invincible Brand in Spring Valley, NY is looking for one repair technician to join our team. We are located on 27 Spring Valley Marketplace. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Repairs include iPhones, Samsung phones, Tablets, Computers, Laptops and many others.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel welcome
• Work with the customer to identify the problem and present options
• Answer any questions the customers may have and provide suggestions as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and customers
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele
• Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs
