Job Description:
Sybil Mobile Notary is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Online Notary (RON) to join our growing team. As a Remote Notary with Sybil Mobile Notary, you will provide virtual notarization services to clients, ensuring a seamless and secure process. You'll use secure video conferencing platforms to verify identities, witness electronic document signings, and maintain legal compliance—all remotely. This role allows you to offer critical notarial services without the need for in-person meetings, making it a great opportunity for those looking to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform remote notarizations using secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring all processes are compliant with legal standards.
• Verify client identities through digital identity verification tools.
• Witness electronic document signings while upholding legal requirements and document integrity.
• Use electronic signatures and secure online platforms to complete notarizations and maintain document security.
• Keep accurate records of each notarization for legal compliance and audit purposes.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and guiding them through the online notarization process.

Qualifications:

• Must be a commissioned notary public in your state (RON commission required).
• Previous experience as a notary public, with strong knowledge of notary laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with remote online notarization (RON) platforms, digital identity verification tools, and electronic signatures.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all notarizations are completed securely and in compliance with the law.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide clients through virtual notarization procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work setting.
• Must have your own equipment , including a computer with reliable internet access, a webcam, microphone, and any required RON platform software.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with Remote Online Notarization (RON) and using digital notarization platforms.
• Familiarity with various legal documents that require notarization.
• Experience using video conferencing and electronic signature software.
