We're seeking an efficient and accurate Remote Data Typist to join our team. As an entry-level data typist, you'll enter information into our database system, maintain data accuracy, and perform various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities :

. Data Entry: Type information into database systems with high accuracy and speed.

. Data Management: Maintain data organization, update records, and perform data validation.

. Administrative Tasks: Assist with document scanning, filing, and other office duties.

. Quality Control: Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

. Communication: Collaborate with team members and respond to inquiries.

Requirements :

. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

. Experience: 0-2 years of data entry experience.

. Skills:

- Typing speed: 40-60 wpm.

- Accuracy: 95% or higher.

- Microsoft Office proficiency.

- Attention to detail.

- Strong organizational skills.

. Technical Requirements:

- Reliable internet connection.

- Computer with up-to-date software.

- Noise-free workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

. Previous remote work experience.

. Familiarity with database management software.

. Certification in data entry or related field.
