Testcode is developing a brand-new game centered around  exploration, discovery, and immersive worldbuilding  and we’re looking for a  creative 2D Artist  to help shape how players interact with our world.

This isn’t just about making things look good. It’s about designing intuitive, beautiful UI, crafting mood-setting visuals, and helping define the overall tone and identity of our game.

What You’ll Do:

• Design the Look & Feel:  Help define the game’s visual identity, from menus to world maps, icons to interface elements—everything that supports the player’s sense of wonder and curiosity.
• Craft the UI:  Collaborate closely with our engineers to create user interfaces that are both functional and beautiful.
• Illustrate the Experience:  Contribute 2D artwork that enhances storytelling—such as visual flourishes, key illustrations, or thematic UI overlays.

Who You Are:

• A  senior 2D artist  with experience in visual design, UI/UX, and game interfaces.
• Someone with a strong portfolio  showing work on games (or game-like interfaces) , particularly with a focus on exploration, sci-fi, or fantasy themes.
• Comfortable working in tools like  Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator , or similar.
• Passionate about  visual storytelling  and how art can guide a player’s journey.
• Bonus if you’ve worked on  map design, HUD elements,  or  worldbuilding  visuals.
• Can work remotely and make fast progress independently.
