The Role: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented
Registered Nurse to support clients through the
Medicaid In-Home Support Services (IHSS) program and assist with
Veteran admissions .
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting brief in-home visits (approx. 1 hour each)
- Reviewing and updating client care plans
- Assessing caregiver performance and task proficiency
- Completing standardized documentation forms
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience (any setting)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IHSS or VA programs (preferred, not required)
