Job Description
Preferred Care at Hamilton is a rapidly growing company, and we are looking for a *Registered Nurse* to join our team. We are looking for a compassionate, hard-working individual who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the well-being of our patients.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Review notes from each patient and collect basic medical information.
* Collect vital signs and record data in the patient's chart.
* Observe patient's condition, including symptoms, condition, symptoms of each disease, and other information.
* Perform treatments as outlined in the patient's chart.
* Update charts as necessary.
* Communicate with supervising physician or nurse practitioner regarding additional procedures or services provided to patients.
* Document patient history and provide detailed report to physician or nurse practitioner.
* Educate patients and their family members on disease prevention and management through education and therapy.
* Assist with other duties as assigned by supervising physician or nurse practitioner.
*Required Skills:*
* Current Trenton, NJ Registered Nurse License
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure with good judgment skills.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Ability to work well with others in a team environment and as an independent contractor self-employed professional.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $36.00 - $44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
