Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Refrigeration Project Manager in the Miami metro area to oversee commercial refrigeration construction projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Impact
- Deliver complex refrigeration projects that meet quality standards and exceed customer expectations
- Build strong client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Control costs and schedules to maximize project profitability
- Ensure safe execution of all project activities

Responsibilities
- Manage overall project plan for commercial refrigeration construction activities
- Coordinate with clients providing regular status updates on timelines and budgets
- Oversee field operations including labor, materials, and equipment coordination
- Maintain all project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor job costs and implement corrective actions to stay within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and building codes
- Resolve project issues and manage risks proactively

Requirements
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial refrigeration or HVAC construction
- Strong understanding of supermarket refrigeration systems and installation practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management software

Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- EPA Universal certification
- Experience with design-build project delivery
- OSHA 30 certification
