Recruiter/HR Generalist - New Role If you love the talent acquisition process and want to get in on the ground floor of a new position, Xaloy offers a terrific opportunity for a Recruiter/HRG who will specialize in all things talent acquisition. This position will focus on candidate experience, improving time-to-fill positions, creating processes and resources, and building a pipeline of top talent for the future of Xaloy. The Recruiter/HRG is a critical member of the corporate HR team and will be involved in a variety of HR activities and responsibilities. The primary function will be talent acquisition.

The Recruiter will direct-recruit for all levels and types of positions for a global manufacturing company, manage full-cycle recruitment while creating positive candidate experiences throughout the entire process, including performing or assisting with on-boarding of new employees. This position will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining effective resources, relationships and methods for recruitment pipelines to access top talent at all levels for all functions, while delivering timely and effective customer service to internal customers to meet the hiring needs and time-to-fill objectives of the organization.
This position will also support the Human Resources department as needed and will perform and coordinate a variety of activities throughout the organization which requires the highest degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

Work Experience: •Minimum of 3 years of direct-sourcing recruitment experience with hourly associates
•2 years of experience direct-sourcing recruitment of professional, technical, mid-level management, and C-suite associates
•2 years of experience using staffing tools such as applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, electronic job boards, social media, and candidate sourcing applications
•Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
•Some level of experience with global recruitment is helpful but not required
Education and Skills: •Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related degree preferred
•Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making
•Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of personnel
•Highly proficient MS Office, HRIS, ATS
•Time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
•Adaptability/flexibility which includes being open to change and conducting business differently
•Ability to display initiative in sharing of information and updating information timely
•Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Outstanding customer focus including attributes of empathy, compassion and service orientation
•Strong detail orientation, with focus on data quality
•Excellent process orientation which focuses on efficiency without losing sight of customer experience
Physical Requirements: •Must be able to perform the following physical demands with or without accommodation:

•Ability to meet the physical demands of travel, approximately 5-10%, including driving, flying, moving throughout airports, etc. (flying will be limited with most travel locally or regionally).
