**About the Role**

\n

As a key contributor to the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and efficient hiring journey for all candidates. Your meticulous scheduling and coordination efforts will directly support recruiters and hiring managers, enabling them to connect with exceptional individuals across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your organizational prowess and communication skills to drive operational excellence and support strategic talent initiatives. You will be instrumental in fostering an environment where every candidate feels valued and supported from their very first interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

\n

* Expertly manage and execute high-volume interview scheduling for both internal and external candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
\n* Proactively monitor and manage shared email inboxes, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
\n* Warmly greet and assist guests and new hires upon their arrival, setting a welcoming tone.
\n* Collaborate effectively with administrative assistants and hiring managers to coordinate complex interview schedules, including for mid-level roles.
\n* Provide essential support across various Talent Acquisition initiatives, contributing to broader team goals.
\n* Perform additional administrative duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

**Must-Have Qualifications**
\n* High School diploma or equivalent.
\n* Minimum of one year of related professional work experience.
\n* Demonstrated ability to be highly detail-oriented and comfortable with routine tasks.
\n* Proven multitasking capabilities, effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
\n* Strong process-oriented mindset, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
\n* Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to self-organize and manage time.
\n* Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and professionally.
\n* Proficiency in scheduling interviews and managing calendars.
\n* A proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**
\n* A college degree.
\n* Two years of experience in a customer service or talent acquisition environment.
\n* Demonstrated ability to thrive in an environment characterized by high volume, ambiguity, and change.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19 to $21. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
