Part-Time Position: Saturday and Sunday - 2:00pm - 10:00pm Job Summary: Bayview located in Seattle on lower Queen Anne is seeking a reliable and professional WEEKEND EVENING Receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person or department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to handle a busy and fast-paced environment with poise and efficiency. This is a part-time, hourly administrative position that will report to the Director of Resident Services. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Ensure all visitors and employees sign in and out, and maintain security, as needed
• Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by Office Manager or senior management team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed
