We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller and agent approval for offers and counteroffers. **What You’ll Do**
* **Manage the transaction process from contract to close** for wholesale real estate deals.
* Work with **title companies, buyers, sellers, and internal teams** to ensure deals close smoothly and on time.
* **Clear title issues** quickly and effectively.
* **Communicate daily** with all parties involved in each transaction.
* Ensure all **documents, contracts, and files** are in order before closing.
* Manage and update all files in the Podio CRM system to ensure team updates and smooth closing.
* Manage our company emails and respond in a timely manner.

Qualifications
* You must posses at least one year experience working as a Transaction Coordinator in the Wholesale Industry.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* **Virtual Office Hours 10 a.m.-6 p.m. EST** You will work remotely in our Virtual office with the team.
* You must have your own computer and a strong internet connection.
