Compensation :

$50,000 - $100,000

• Call existing and new leads to convert them into clients.
• Update and manage your client database using our CRM system.
• Follow up with clients to build lasting relationships and maintain your pipeline.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to assess client needs and provide market insights.
• Complete comparable market analyses (CMA) to guide clients in pricing their homes.
• Show homes to potential buyers, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Commit to attending team meetings and ongoing training sessions.

• Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Enjoy working in a team environment and supporting your fellow agents.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently while following proven systems and processes.
• Prior experience in real estate is a plus, but not required.
