Job Description

Job Description

Do you thrive on structure, details, and making sure every box is checked before anyone else even realizes it needs to be? Are you the calm in the chaos—always organized, always ahead, and always looking for ways to improve the process? If that sounds like you, we want to talk.

At The Anderson Group Real Estate, we’re looking for a Real Estate Operations Specialist who will be responsible for keeping our listings sharp, our transactions smooth, and clients feeling informed and cared for from start to finish.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing:

Listing Management

  • Coordinate all listing activities: property prep, photography, staging schedules, and signage
  • Create and input accurate, compelling listing data into MLS and all marketing platforms
  • Partner with agents and sellers to ensure homes are fully ready for market—no detail left behind
  • Maintain listing timelines and update all parties as needed

Transaction Coordination

  • Manage transactions from contract to close, acting as the point of contact for agents, clients, title companies, and lenders
  • Keep everyone on track with deadlines, documentation, and communication
  • Ensure contracts and compliance documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
  • Anticipate challenges before they become issues and resolve them with urgency

Client & Team Support

  • Provide proactive communication to clients and agents—if a client has to ask for something, we’ve already missed the mark
  • Keep our CRM and transaction files spotless and up to date
  • Support post-closing tasks like gathering reviews, database updates, and follow-ups

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For: (Our Qualifications are Non-Negotiable, please do not apply if you don't meet all of them)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination or operations
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and always thinking two steps ahead
  • Knows how to make clients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout the entire process
  • Familiar with tools like Dotloop, Skyslope, MLS platforms, CRMs, and shared file systems
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Solutions-oriented, positive, and collaborative —you’re the kind of person others love to work with
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Must be able to work in-office in Nashville
