Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate development coordinator to join our growing team. Your job will be to assist the Acquisition and Sale groups in a variety of coordination tasks including: complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify buyers/sellers when necessary, and coordinate schedules for walkthroughs/inspections and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of inspection reports, marketing materials, coordination of follow-ups. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of process. When it comes to real estate acquisition, development, and sale, you will be gaining in-depth knowledge from veteran professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
  • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Complete onsite inspections and prepare inspection reports of opportunity properties.
  • Assist in the sales process as a follow-up specialist for both acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Provide research and market analysis of properties for sale comparisons.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Ability to create documents with a close eye towards quality.
  • Comfortable engaging with a variety of individuals in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Able to self-manage and highly motivated to achieve.
