We are a growing real estate investment company specializing in commercial and residential properties across multiple states. Our mission is to deliver exceptional value and growth through strategic property management, development, and investment. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Real Estate AP/AR Clerk to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile invoices, payments, and account statements
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely collections
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist in preparing reports and financial statements related to AP/AR
• Communicate with vendors, tenants, and internal teams regarding billing and payment inquiries
• Support general accounting functions and assist with month-end closing tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in accounts payable and/or receivable, preferably in real estate or property management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Yardi Breeze and QuickBooks is a plus
• Prior real estate industry and property management experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or relevant certification preferred)
