This position is responsible for maintaining all management property.

• Essential Functions:
• General maintenance and repair of all club-operated outlets. General repairs of Club offices.
• Perform monthly HVAC preventive maintenance.
• Filling out and turning in all work orders including documenting all parts used for each job. Completing follow-ups to appropriate departments.
• Adhere to resort safety standards.
• Requires strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance and applicable tools

Physical Demands:

• Work tasks are performed primarily outdoors. Temperature varies due to weather conditions.
• Position requires walking and giving directions; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length. The length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
• Must be able to exert a well-paced ability to reach different outlets and other departments of the resort on a timely basis.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning and stocking tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 - 50 lbs. On a regular and continuing basis.

Education
High school or equivalent education preferred. 

Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance, preferably in a resort environment.

Licenses or Certificates
Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
