Job Description Job Description G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add to the Ramp Agent operations at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) Title: Ramp Agent Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Shift Type: Full Time (AM, MID, PM) The Ramp Agent provides ground support for inbound and outbound aircraft, including baggage handling, mail and freight handling, aircraft servicing, driving motorized equipment, and cleaning aircraft interiors. What does a Ramp Agent do? Handling and caring for passenger baggage. Loading, unloading, transportation to and from various locations of the airport Handling and care of U.S. Mail, freight, and express parcels. Loading, unloading, transportation to and from various locations of the airport Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) The customer and G2 specification must accomplish all ground handling Pushing or towing aircraft to and from designated locations in the airport Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities Miscellaneous duties as assigned What skills are required to Join the Team? Must be 18 years or older Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check Must have a valid driver license Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history.
