Under the supervision, guidance and discretion of the radiologist, RPA's exercise autonomy in decision making in the role of primary care giver with regard to patient assessment, patient management and in providing a broad range of radiology diagnostic and interventional services in accordance with scope of practice and license guidelines.
Education
Bachelors Degree : Graduate of a Certification Board for Radiology Practitioners Assistants (CBRPA) approved program for Radiology Physician Extenders. (Required)
Experience
1 Year experience as a Radiology Practitioner Assistant (Required)
License/Certifications
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
ARRT - Amer Reg Radiologic Technlgst (Required)
