Job Details

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO/IATF-compliant Quality Systems
• Supervise and support quality assurance teams across mass production lines
• Conduct and verify internal process audits to ensure compliance
• Analyze internal KPIs and initiate corrective actions as needed
• Oversee quality documentation and ensure accurate distribution across departments
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in real time
• Guide and improve internal systems for defect prevention and process control
• Respond to customer inquiries on quality issues, policies, and compliance
• Develop and deliver internal quality training
• Support SPC monitoring and capability studies (e.g., CPK)
• Interpret technical data, blueprints, and reports with a high degree of accuracy
• Participate in physical inventory and other special projects as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Solid experience in Automotive Manufacturing environments (IATF16949)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and documentation skills
• Experience with ISO and QS standards
• Licensed driver with the ability to travel occasionally (including overnight stays)
• Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
• Able to work overtime as needed

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in injection molding and Tier 1 automotive supplier environments
• Familiarity with SPC tools and CPK calculations
• Exposure to OEM-level quality standards
• Hands-on experience with quality audits and training programs
