Overview We are seeking a QA Tester with strong experience in manual testing, particularly within mobile networks and telecom environments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in fast-paced, process-light settings. You will be responsible for creating and executing tests, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities Create tests to find any problems with the software before the product is launched. Identify and analyze any bugs found during testing and document them. Develop new tests, run them, and document results. Collaborate with software developers to resolve defects. Re-test patched defects to ensure resolution and no new issues. Required Qualifications Must have 5+ years of end-to-end QA experience. Experience with Restful APIs, Postman, and Insomnia. Experience testing Mobile Networks or Mobile Carrier systems (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Boost). Familiarity with OSS/BSS, provisioning, billing systems. Experience working with offshore teams. Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal process. Strong attention to detail and ability to coach team members on testing tools and reporting.
