Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive purchasing operations, ensuring efficient sourcing and on-time delivery of materials essential to our production schedules. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance and support our heavy equipment manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Purchasing Team to achieve high performance and team goals.
• Plan, execute, and expedite orders for materials to meet production timelines and delivery commitments.
• Partner with Production and Operations teams to ensure alignment and resolve supply chain issues effectively.
• Drive supplier cost reduction initiatives and set clear service-level expectations.
• Compile and report timely metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required.
• APICS Certification is preferred.
• Proven experience with SAP
• Strong background in heavy equipment manufacturing or OEM/component sourcing.
• High attention to detail and excellent leadership abilities.
