About the Role:
As a Public Relations & Promotions Assistant , you’ll support the execution of promotional events and campaigns designed to enhance brand visibility and strengthen community connections. You’ll work closely with the PR and outreach teams to ensure clear messaging, engaging customer interactions, and strong event performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Support: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live promotional events
Brand Representation: Represent client brands at public events, ensuring consistent and professional messaging
Public Engagement: Interact with attendees, respond to inquiries, and create a positive brand experience
Content Support: Help create promotional materials, signage, and displays
Campaign Assistance: Track event outcomes, gather feedback, and help analyze campaign performance
Relationship Building: Collaborate with vendors, community partners, and internal teams to support campaign success
Administrative Tasks: Provide logistical and clerical support for PR and marketing efforts
