**Responsibilities:**
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions for independence and positive behavior.
- Collaborate within our clinical team to execute skill-building and care plans directly.
- Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment for clients and establish connections with their families.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
- Possess patience, compassion, and ability to remain composed in challenging situations.

**Need to Know:**
- Services will be conducted in client's homes or community-based locations.
- All positions initially part-time.
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is required.
- Seeking candidates committed to changing clients' lives for at least 6 months.
