The ideal candidate is a compassionate, team-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively with therapists and patients to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload based on your preferred workload and scheduling flexibility.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management for clients ages 12 and up (age range flexible based on provider comfort).Collaborate closely with therapists and clinical leadership to develop integrated treatment plans.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system.Provide telehealth and/or in-person services based on client and provider needs.Participate in clinical consultations and team meetings as needed.Provide inclusive, affirming, and culturally competent care to patients of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.Must provide your own collaborating physician for MI PA Collaborating Physician Agreement to be held on file at the practice. This will not require billing, credentialing of the collaborator. This is solely to meet minimum requirements to provide consultation to you as needed. Stipend provided for cost.
