Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Review and proofread various documents for accuracy and consistency
Identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Ensure that content meets company standards and guidelines
Collaborate with the team to make necessary revisions
Verify facts and sources cited in the documents
Maintain a keen eye for detail and quality control
Meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications:

Proven experience as a proofreader or editor
Strong knowledge of English grammar and writing conventions
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using proofreading tools and software
Good communication skills
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field

1-2 years of experience in proofreading or editing roles

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $30 per hour
Maximum Salary: $40 per hour
Currency: USD per hour
