**About the role**
The purpose of this position is to manage the Corporate Security scope as part of an extensive Branch Refurbishment Program for a financial services client. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing projects related to the installation of Card Access Systems, Audio/Video, and CCTV infrastructure.
**What you'll do**
+ Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) as it relates to the Corporate Security scope associated with the Branch Refurbishment Program per the approved design for each retail location.
+ Manage the Corporate Security scope including but not limited to, card access, CCTV, camera, and other access control systems.
+ Track the progress of each project against goals, objectives approved budgets, and approved timelines through report status and variances.
+ Coordinate project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
+ Assure the card access and audio/video systems are procured and installed completely to include engineering, supply, installation, programming, and commissioning.
+ Coordinate with the facilities team to create a control system management strategy in line with business objectives and technology lifecycle.
+ Ensure the maintenance and repairs of security audio/video and card access systems are maintained as determined by the manufacturer's recommended process.
+ Create and coordinate security system program plans by educating, informing, and influencing internal teams to provide the best client experience.
+ Drive transparency in day-to-day operations and create a collaborative partnership with the client.
+ Perform monthly and quarterly data reporting exercises, prepare detailed Key Performance Indicator Report to track trends, and report on progress toward client's service support goals.
**What you'll need**
+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) or a combination of education and experience accepted in lieu of degree.
+ Minimum of 4 years of project management experience leading security audio/video system projects.
+ Good understanding of access control systems, audio/video security systems, and the real estate corporate industry.
+ Prior experience reading and understanding architectural, Civil, Electrical, & Mechanical drawings.
+ Knowledge of MS Projects, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
