This position is based in Okinawa, Japan. The role requires relocation to Okinawa for the duration of the project. Candidates currently residing in Japan will be given preference. Opportunity to work with leading US Government and defense infrastructure clients Qualifications & Skills 12–18 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably multi-story or institutional facilities. Proficient in Primavera / MS Project, cost control, and project reporting tools. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery phases. Lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, architectural, structural, and MEP works Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities for technical and administrative approvals. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, design intent, and regulatory standards. Monitor progress, cost control, and risk management to achieve project targets Conduct regular progress meetings and issue project status reports.
