We have been retained by our client, a growing Federal Contractor in the New Haven, CT area, to find a F ederal Project Manager . This position will be responsible for managing assigned federal construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Duties

  • Supervise all phases of project execution, including start-up, completion, and close-out processes.
  • Provide leadership in cost control, scheduling, planning, and supervision of project personnel.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and enforce contract compliance for all project aspects.
  • Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and resolution of on-site issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related.
  • 10+ years managing federal sector and healthcare construction projects.
  • Experience with hard-bid
  • Experience with VA projects is preferred
  • Experience managing $10 million projects is preferred
