Project Manager

JOB TYPE:

Full-Time, Contract -12 month, Ongoing

LOCATION:

Peoria, IL

JOB SUMMARY FOR PROJECT MANAGER:

Seeking a Project Manager for a leading manufacturer in Peoria, IL

Pay Rate: $38-40 an hour depending on benefit package needs.

Hybrid ( Will need to go into office 1x a week – primarily on Tuesdays)

Monday thru Friday; 1st shift

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PROJECT MANAGER:

Project Management: Oversee 5-7 digital support projects, including onboarding new projects and managing ongoing support efforts.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring smooth communication.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze support data to identify trends and conduct monthly business reviews with stakeholders.

Budget and Scope Management: Manage project budgets, identify new scope opportunities, and handle quarterly reviews and yearly quote refreshes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR PROJECT MANAGER:

Bachelors degree in any field plus 2-4 years of experience

NO Degree requires equivalent job experience in account management (4-7 years exp total)

Masters degree in any field or higher still requires 2-4 years of acct mgmt. experience

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT MANAGER:

2+ Account Management (aka Client relationship management) exp

1+ years in Project Management, fluent with PM methodologies (waterfall and AGILE)

1+ years exp in analyzing data and identifying trends

2+ years of MS PPT skills are important.

Medium level excel skills

Salesforce exp

2+ years exp with contact center
