Job Title: Project Management Coordinator
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months

Schedule will be Mon-Thurs 9a-2pm. Part time - 20 hrs/ week.
Schedule will be Tues/Wed In office. Mon/Thurs will be work from home. No work on Fri, Sat, or Sun required.

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities:
•Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and assist with technical problem troubleshooting
•Assist in project communications; issue straightforward communications to limited audiences.
•Work under supervision in coordinating specific components and project work activities.
•Compile data to complete various reporting deliverables in Client tools
•Assist the Project Manager (PM) in coordination of information to support the project design and planning.
•Document and track results of discussions, project planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to project plan documents.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):List at least top 3 required skills (Quick-hit descriptions of functions expected of the worker, etc.) and years of experience or range for each outlined required skill.
•High level, executive presentation experience in power point or google apps. Specifically putting together well polished executive decks for these types of presentations. This ability is a MUST. 5+ years experience.
•Previous administrative experience - scheduling and running meetings, taking and sending out notes and action items, running presentations, putting together presentation decks and data, charts, and information in an executive format.
•Previously worked in a professional environment.

DESIRED SKILLS:
List skills that are not required to perform the role, but would be helpful and in some cases could supersede a missing "must-have" skill.
•Previous project management or PM coordinator experience.
•Organized
•Previous data analyst experience
