Seeking a Project Coordinator or Project Management professional for a contract-to-hire opportunity with an IT Service provider in Plano, TX. Industry experience in managed IT services is a plus, but not required.
Core skills including excellent organization, client relationship management, and a high technical acumen/proficiency using MS Office and other applications.
The position is ideally hybrid, but for candidates who are well-suited for the role, remote can be considered if located in CST. Only open for US Citizens or green card holders, W2 position without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
• Managing client communications and tasks for onboarding, expansion, and offboarding services for new and existing clients.
• Scheduling business reviews with clients to ensure they understand the current state of services, service performance against SLAs, and opportunities for further optimization.
• Working alongside our Service Delivery organization and its consultants to coordinate new service engagements.
• Assisting in the collection, reporting, and associated billing of consulting hours.
• Reviewing outside consultant and partner billing for accuracy and alignment with agreed terms and conditions.
• Coordinating with other departments to convey customer operational requests, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of account management or project management experience are required
• A college degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Aspirations to learn the intricacies of project management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Good analytical skills.
• Solid working understanding of Microsoft applications, with specific Excel skills.
• Experience working in CRM and accounting applications.
• High-level of technical acumen ensuring an ability to learn technology solutions and services
