The Role

The Project Coordinator is a supporting role to the Project Management team and will perform a variety of duties to assist and support the Project Managers on an as-needed basis. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Managers and learn administrative Project Management tasks with the eventual goal of covering all areas and responsibilities of a Project Manager.

Our ideal Project Coordinator sees no task is too big or too small. You must exhibit excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills, be a confident multi-tasker and comfortable with a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative Project Management as determined by the Project Manager
  • Sort and organize products for Realization comps.
  • Pack and ship of Realization comps.
  • Ship printer proofs to clients and vendors.
  • Scan printer proofs.
  • Prepare printer proofs for approval review.
  • Assist with various QC tasks.
  • Gather file PDF proofs and uploading to client's graphics database.
  • Write Job Tickets
  • Coordinate projects through the Studio.
  • Prepare invoices.
  • Make product purchase runs, as needed.
  • Support/Assist the Project Managers as needed.

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in related area preferred.
  • 1+ year(s) of Project Management or Coordinator experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Willing to learn mentality with an ambition to grow the business, your team, and yourself.

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to fifteen pounds at times.

$56,000 - $68,000 a year
