Our 291-bed, acute care hospital features the San Diego Spine & Joint Center, a highly credentialed acute rehabilitation center, our Paradise Health & Senior Center, a fully equipped and modern cardiac catheterization lab, and comprehensive inpatient and outpatient surgical services, and 24-hour emergency services. In addition to our healthcare services, we offer comprehensive behavioral health services on the hospital campus and Bayview campus in Chula Vista. Services include psychiatric continuum of care for adult patients, inpatient services, and intensive outpatient services. Responsibilities The Program Manager is responsible for the leadership and oversight of program, development and implementation of the program operations and services, supervision of the staff, quality control and evaluation of the program. Develops and administers comprehensive partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program that responds to the community’s needs and support the organization’s overall mission, philosophy, and goals to integrate the management of partial and outpatient programs into the Behavioral Health Services’ continuum of care; provides leadership, direction and clinical supervision in accordance with the organizational and departmental goals and objectives. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Must have a current and valid license as a Registered Nurse, issued by the State. Minimum of two (2) years management experience with Behavioral Health Care programs preferred Must have BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. Must have working knowledge of mental health laws and practice standards. Must have knowledge of the continuum of care for behavioral health treatment. Must have excellent verbal, written, and management skills. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $79,000.00 to $113,000.00 on an annualized basis.
