Job Details:

• We have an unique opportunity for a licensed Virginia Land Surveyor to work independently and remotely in the Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland area.
• We are looking for someone to help us expand the Plats and Surveys department in our growing Virginia market.
• The ideal candidate would be able to perform the field requirements of survey tasks and if desired, the office processing as well.
• The position will give the person the ability to grow and handle the Virginia Survey group including new hires, staff management and project management.
• Individual will have the full support of the Plats and Surveys group.

Qualifications:

• Experience performing topographic surveys, metes and bounds surveys, Lidar scanning, GPS control networks and other surveying aspects.
• Knowledge with robotic total stations and VDOT standards preferred. Work will be processed in MicroStation ORD.
• Professional Land Surveying License
