Role: Production Manager

Location: Capitol Heights, MD

Your Impact:

• Effectively lead the packaging, lab, and kitchen departments of the operations.

• Responsible for the production plan of the facility and to oversee production, inventory quantities, and product flow of finished goods into fulfillment.

• Develop and implement strategy, metrics and SOPs for departments.

• Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team leadership

• Support systems and logistics to ensure efficiencies and effectiveness in facility production and ensure effective communication across teams

• Uphold safety, quality and compliance standards
