PRODUCTION LEAD

Raw Side

Monday - Friday

7:00 am - 4:00 pm

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Will direct the work of employees in raw side production to ensure efficient production flow.
• May assist in training new employees.
• Assist plant manager in daily operations.
• Helps with record keeping of HACCP documents.
• Coordinates orders for production with department managers or supervisors.
• Receive and check in deliveries and pick-ups.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be production oriented
• Basic organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail.
• Bi-lingual is a required
• HACCP participation knowledge
• Food Production experience required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
