Location: Brevard, NC
Shift: MondayThursday | 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
Pay: $15.00/hour + $4.00/hour shift differential

What Youll Do:

As a Production Associate, youll be responsible for a variety of tasks that help keep our operations running smoothly and safely. Youll:

• Perform essential production tasks including palletizing, case packing, rework, hand assembly, and sanitation
• Work efficiently to maintain production speed and meet quality standards
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and hygiene/safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Rotate through various areas and tasks as needed
• Identify and report quality or food safety issues
• Lift up to 15 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 60 lbs, depending on assignment
• Stand for the duration of your shift and perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching

What Were Looking For:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to accept feedback and learn new tasks
• Basic math and reading skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to recognize quality standards
• Flexibility to work in multiple production areas
• Positive attitude and team spirit

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
