Job Description
The Sewing Machine Operator will be responsible for producing a range of products using industrial sewing machines. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring all items meet Jacks Inc.'s standards for quality and durability. This role offers consistent hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
- Previous experience as a sewing machine operator, preferably in a production environment.
- Ability to operate various types of industrial sewing machines.
- strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic understanding of sewing techniques and patterns.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet production goals.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to produce products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects, ensuring quality control.
- Make minor adjustments to machines as needed and report maintenance issues.
- Accurately follow patterns, layouts, and cutting instructions.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Work closely with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform regular quality checks to uphold company standards and meet customer expectations.
