Position Overview

Perform a variety of essential production duties to facilitate the efficient and accurate build of finished good products utilizing both electronic and manual equipment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work within a fast-paced environment to maintain daily production output targets
  • Operate equipment and / or perform functions as directed by the production supervisor
  • Label products and verify application of correct label and lot number
  • Fill liquid products into finished good containers according to work orders
  • Accurately completed job travelers, work orders, and bin transfer worksheets
  • Pack finished goods into appropriate cartons and stack completed cartons on pallets
  • Move packaging, raw materials, and finished good products to and from production lines
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures in accordance with company policy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company’s values

Is this role for you?

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Forklift certification a plus
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds from the floor, unassisted, continuously throughout the day
  • Ability to push & pull pallets weighing 425-2800lbs with a manual pallet jack
  • Detail, result, and deadline oriented with a professional demeanor
  • Flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing priorities
  • Effective communication & organizational skills with the ability to work in a team environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience

Work/Environment:

  • Production environment. Extended periods of sitting and standing in non-climate-controlled areas.
  • Current schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Summer schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  • Some overtime hours may be required
