About the Role:

We’re looking for a Product Variation Specialist to join our team and help us expand and optimize our extensive Amazon product catalog. You will be responsible for researching, identifying, and launching new product variations – from unique colorways and sizes to fabric updates –  based on competitive benchmarking and consumer trends. This role is perfect for someone highly analytical and organized who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to directly contribute to business growth.

This is a Remote Full-Time role with long-term potential.

We are looking for a Product Variation Specialist, specifically with these requirements:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in product operations, merchandising, supply chain, or a similar product role
• Highly analytical and data-driven decision-making
• Experience analyzing product listings and marketplaces (especially Amazon)
• Familiarity with launching and managing product SKUs/variations
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive mindset; able to identify gaps and propose improvements

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Auditing existing product listings to assess variation gaps (sizes, colors, fabrics)
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify top-performing variation strategies in the market 
• Proposing new product variations supported by data
• Sourcing and coordinating with suppliers to obtain variation pricing
• Managing product development timelines and internal approvals
• Collaborating with packaging, logistics, and marketing teams on launch readiness
• Maintaining documentation and internal processes for each product variation
