The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. We are committed to providing care so every resident can reach peak independence and functionality. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record of getting results! The therapy gym is spacious and equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions.

**Duties:**

- Support licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.

- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities.

- Accurately and promptly document patient progress.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience or knowledge in hospital medicine, acute care, inpatient settings, clinics, geriatrics, orthopedics, occupational health, or hospital environments is advantageous.

- Familiarity with medical terminology and physiology is beneficial.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of patient care.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
